Haute Atelier is a trading name of CloudAxis Solutions LTD, a company registered in England & Wales, with its business address at 10 Abbots Eversley Park, Chester, CH2 2DY, United Kingdom.

Information we collect

Identity & contact details: your name, email address, phone number (if given), delivery and billing address.
Order details: the products you buy, order history, returns and communications about your orders.
Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
Account details: if you create an account, your login details and saved preferences.
Device & usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, and how you use our website, collected through cookies (see our Cookie preferences).
Marketing preferences: whether you’ve signed up to our emails and how you interact with them.
Messages & reviews: anything you send us through our contact form, email, social media or product reviews.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted partners who help us run our store:

Shopify: our e-commerce platform, which hosts our store and processes orders.
Payment providers: such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna, to process payments securely.
Suppliers & fulfilment partners: some of our products are shipped directly by our suppliers. We share only what they need to send your order, such as your name, delivery address and phone number.
Delivery carriers: to deliver your parcel and send tracking updates.
Email, reviews & customer service tools: to send order and marketing emails, collect reviews and reply to your messages.
Analytics & advertising partners: such as Google, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, only if you accept these cookies.
Professional advisers and authorities: where required by law, or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Some of our partners, including Shopify and some suppliers, may process your information outside the UK. When this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, to keep your information protected.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records: 6 years, to meet UK tax and accounting rules.
Account information: until you close your account.
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Customer service messages: up to 2 years after your last contact.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

access the personal information we hold about you;
ask us to correct inaccurate information;
ask us to delete your information, where we don’t need to keep it;
restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing;
receive your information in a portable format;
withdraw consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing or changing your cookie preferences.

To use any of these rights, email support@hauteatelier.store. We’ll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, although we’d appreciate the chance to help first.
